Our engineers are able to optimize all design parameters and determine critical process control limits during the new product development cycle using MAGMA.

Using two FARO laser scanners and an Artec white light scanner, our team is able to reverse engineer CAD models by scanning existing castings/tooling.

We utilize SolidWorks for our in-house CAD capabilities.We use State Of The Art pattern shops for foundry tooling.

We have developed extensive 3D sand printing knowledge and have created creative solutions for our customers. Utilizing this technology, we have reduced lead times and tooling costs. This is especially helpful in problem cores and complex assemblies.
